Whilst a relaxing and comfortable stay in Reit im Winkl is important, to make your holiday even more unforgettable why not visit some of the attractions out and about around Reit im Winkl?
For something a little more cultural, try Salzburg, Kufstein, Innsbruck, Munich and of course the fascinating Schloss Herrenchiemsee.

Berchtesgaden salt mine, 63 km, tel; 08652/60020 – take the mine's train and wooden slides through the galleries and vaults of salt production.
Schellenberger ice cave, 72 km, tel: 08650/988830 - Germany's largest ice cave is located 1570 metres high inside a mountain.  Fit ones can climb for 3-4 hours to reach the cave, or you can take the easy way with a ride on the funicular railway.
